Matched Giving and Grants

We encourage our people to play an active role in their communities through fundraising and volunteering.

Charity Partner Matched Giving

Every member of staff employed by Royal Mail Group can apply for penny-for-penny matched giving, up to a limit of £2,500 per person every year, under the Charity Partner matched giving scheme. During 2018-19 we raised £861,198 through colleague fundraising, payroll giving and matched giving, with a total of over £1 million for Action for Children.
